“Ti racconto un vino” – Let me tell you about a wine
Inspired by our Chef Floriana Fontana’s project ‘Let me tell you about a recipe’, we have created a tasting experience featuring four Sicilian wines selected from our wine list, paired with traditional recipes to showcase the island’s territories, wines, raw materials and producers.
‘Let me tell you about a wine’ is an unmissable opportunity to be guided by a professional sommelier in tasting DOC and DOCG wines and typical local products, giving you the chance to discover and compare the varied panorama of Sicilian food and wine excellence in a single tasting.
What does it include?
- Tasting of local bread and extra virgin olive oil from the Guccione Bio Farm
- Tasting of two white wines, one red wine and one sweet wine from native and traditional grape varieties, among the most representative of Sicilian DOC wines
- Pairing of each wine with traditional recipes
- Insights into the sensory characteristics of each product tasted with short stories and interesting facts about the farms and the territory
