As promoters and admirers of the Sicilian territory, we offer all our guests wine tastings for a special Sicilian journey in a glass.

Selected wines, accompanied by the delicious food from our kitchen, surprise the most sensitive palates by perfectly describing the extraordinary biodiversity of the island’s grape varieties, which has always been a source of pride for us Sicilians.

Wine experince is the name of our idea of Sicilian wines tasting paired with dishes thoughtfully created by our Chef Floriana Fontana.
