Our tribute to culinary tradition for our beloved Santuzza takes the form of a typically Palermitan menu. Time-honoured recipes, steeped in history.

Colour and flavour, simplicity on the plate, to showcase Sicilian ingredients. Our dining experience aims to engage all the senses, making the guest an active part of the culinary journey.

 

Full menu is €60 per person
